Here is a list of our most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

Where are you located?

We are located in the USA.  We ship from within the USA.

Where do you ship to? Do you ship to my country?

We ship all over the world.  Most likely we can ship to your country.  When placing an order through our store, select “Canada” if you are in Canada, or select “International” if you are not in the USA or Canada.

How much is shipping?

If you are in the USA, we charge a flat rate of $7.00 USD for any size order.  Save on shipping by ordering all at once!

If you are outside of the USA, our shopping cart will now calculate shipping for you.  Shipping fee will depend on your location and order size.

What does “out of stock – on backorder” mean?

This means that we have temporarily run out of the item, but are expecting more to arrive soon.  You will still be able add the item to your shopping cart but the shipment will be delayed for this item.

I just placed my order. When will my shipment reach me?

For USA orders: As long as your order is not on backorder (see above), your package should reach you in about 3 business days.

For orders outside of the USA: International shipping times will vary depending on your country.  Most shipments will take a few weeks to reach you.  Sometimes there is a delay due to Customs processing in your country that we cannot control.

I want to receive my order faster. Can I choose a faster shipping option?

We now offer the option to upgrade to Express Shipping!  With Express Shipping, orders will be processed and shipped faster, and will reach you more quickly than standard shipping.  Choose the “Upgrade to Express Shipping” option during checkout.

Note: All items in your order must be in stock and not on backorder.  If an item is on backorder, it will be excluded from the shipment and will be shipped separately via standard shipping.  Express Shipping cutoff time is 8am PST.  Orders will ship within 24 hours.

For customers in the USA:
Shipping time is approximately 1-2 business days. 

For customers outside of the USA:
Shipping time is approximately 3-5 business days, but can be delayed by customs.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order status through the My Account section.  You will need the email address you used when the order was placed, and the order number from the confirmation email.
